They get a star because it's required in order to leave a review. I was denied a room on 06/01/2026 because they “didn’t have any clean rooms available”. I asked for a refund and the attendant was apathetic and told me to contact the booking company I used. I asked him to write a signed statement as to why I couldn’t stay there and he refused, called who I assumed was his manager and then told me they couldn't do anything for me and reiterated “call the booking company you used”, so I did. The the support person I got at hotels.com seemed genuinely helpful and he tried to contact the manager/owner of the hotel to “see if they would waive the cancellation penalty” but was told they were too busy to talk. He assured me that they would make me priority and even though this sort of thing can take up to 72 hours, he’d try to get it done in 24-48 hours. It has now been over 72 hours and the manager/owner cannot be contacted to waive the cancellation penalty. I didn't cancel, I was refused a room because of their failure. A bad facility is one thing, turning people away and keeping their money is THEFT!

My wife and I checked into the OYO Hotel at the Airport North Sheraton Road Friday night only to find bugs(roaches) in the room. We had paid them before we entered the room. After we found the bugs and filth we immediately went back to the office and requested our money returned. And they refused. This type of situation is not good as bugs and dirt will make people sick. So my wife and I left with no refund to a hotel that was fit to stay in. I am contacting the health department. Booking.com did not help us either. So we are out money for this terrible booking!

Omg this place we were having a family reunion well ppl we haven't seen for years would kum over I mean the manager came asking how many people in room I told him cousin that there not staying there kum n goin he bothered us we didn't smoke inside we had none smoking but family smokes he tells us to move away from eoom to smoke ok there's no smoking section outside so we in parking lot and more family stop say hi leave he like stalking see how many ppl 3 if us ok we at deposit it's 60+ they acted prejudice or they judge us on how we looked but in all we left we left rhis place made us feel like we were children it was worst like qe was bieng investigated no
