It was fine. A little dated, not the cleanest but it got the job done.

I was staying long term with them until I was asked to leave 2 days before check out. The reason they claim is because my anti social abused dog bark at the front desk gal. I had spent sometime getting to know this girl while I was staying. There. I spoke with her on serval occasions about my dog and his issues with being anti social that had stemmed from his life time of abuse and bad training. One event key didn’t work after taking my dog out and I had to bring him with me to get the card key fixed. I stood out side with him and asked her to not come close and to remake my room key. She attempted to come around the countef ever after I asked her not to knowing it would trigger my dog. I throw her my card key so she could fix it. I asked her to please just throw it back since my dog is still learning to be social. My dog ended up barking at her. And yes he can be scary but dogs bark at people and I alway make sure everyone is safe when I take him out. He has a muzzle, anti shock collar and is leashed at all times with me standing between him and anyone. After he barked at her i put him in the room and I immediately went and talked to her to sure she was ok and wasn’t upset or scared. She acted as if it wasn’t an issue . Even said don’t worry about it I understand. Which is why I felt extremely upset and blind sided when I was asked to leave the following Friday at 3pm via a phone call. They refused to extend my stay any longer after check out Sunday. Keep in mind that not only had I booked another month and gave my payment info. And this took place an entire week Before they asked me to leave. The reason they claim my dog is to much of a liability. When k asked if there was anything I could do or discuss I was basically to they didn’t care about my side of the story and it would change nothing. They definitely caused me several issues with only give me 2 days and not full 2 days because check out was at 11am the following Sunday and they called me at 3pm Friday. I was extremely upset by this treatment. It was very inappropriate and almost felt like I was targeted without reason. If it was a problem the gal should have said something to me directly instead of saying it was fine then going behind my back to her manager making it seeem like something happened that was bigger that it was. I asked them repeatedly if they would cancel my reservation with the online company I booked with which I was told they had. They never canceled it even after several requests from myself and the online company I used. They didn’t charge my card but because I was give no notice and done funds where held in my account because of this it was extremely difficult to find a new hotel booking with only a few days advance notice. It’s unfortunate that they felt the need to treat someone that had been told by multiple staff members they didn’t even know I had a dog because they either had not heard or seen him. Pretty funny that he’s considered a liability for being a dog! Such a liability that serval people didn’t even k is he was there. Do better next time Skeep Inn!

It's not the newest hotel but the rooms are clean, the location is convenient and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is typical. Beds are double not queen bends so be prepared for a tight space. It won't wow you, but it won't disappoint you.
