Clackamas Inn & Suites

My first clue should've been the awesome rate I received for a suite with a jacuzzi. I was expecting a hotel with good rooms, breakfast and cleanliness. Not what I got. The carpet was filthy, the jacuzzi was falling apart, the door jam was in splinters which I was told was because someone locked themselves in the bathroom. Rather than fixing it before another guest used the room, they blamed whichever guest broke it. I'm not sure how someone could be responsible if the bathroom door wouldn't open from the inside. The traffic noise was very loud, I didn't feel like the area was very safe. It was called a suite, basically a regular room, just more floor space and the bed was at one and and the small TV at the other end about 17 feet away from the top of the bed so it was impossible to watch. When I asked if I could have another, better room and he asked what number I was in, he virtually laughed and said, no we don't have any better than that, so I hate to imagine what the others were like. In fact they were fully booked and when I showed him photos and said the room was kind of crappy his response was "Well I guess it's kind of crappy then". The 'breakfast room' was actually a few tables and chairs in the tiny lobby so nowhere to sit and eat if you wanted to. My second clue that this place wasn't the best should've been the large MOTEL sign with the ADULT SHOP underneath it. Steer clear of this place, even if you have to pay a lot more for the Hampton Inn across the street.

Amazing breakfast comfortable beds nice workers including Scott what is it helpful gentleman he was made sure I was fed and need anything

I’m very impressed with this place, it’s really reasonable, clean, fairly quiet (some road noise) the staff is great, and they have a couple rooms with huge jacuzzi tubs…the area is convenient, but quite a bit of homeless, this place does help with people needing rooms, and they treat people well, and they keep it under control, so it’s not the Ritz, but as far as everything else, I’m happy…also they have a small continental breakfast every morning 6am-9am
