It's ok. The neighborhood is less than desirable, but it was close and had a room for us at the last minute, so for that I am thankful. Very nice man at the counter late night made us feel welcomed.

There's a small blurb on their website letting people know that construction is going on. It says NOTHING about you will be without running water to flush toilets or bathe throughout your stay. NOTHING about the internet service may stop, which shuts down any TV viewing. There is nothing about the pounding above your head that will go on until 5:30pm and start again at 8:00AM. There were light fixtures that didn't work. The worst stay EVER at a Comfort Suites. I have been a reward member for over 15 years. There was an amazing $10 discount for the inconvenience! I was told this will be going on through the end of the year. My advice, go somewhere else until January 2026

We normally enjoy the level of service at Comfort Inns. Our stay was more than expected. We are returning to Arizona after a weather break in Washington state and just want to be comfortable on our journey. I didn’t take the time to compare different hotels in our overnight stops. Thinking that there is a certain level of quality because of the brand. We were very surprised to have our first night a truely wonderful experience. Greeted promptly and courtesly recognized as members, gifted some water and told that both the pool and hot tub were working. This was a very good way to let go of one trip and transition to the next. Breakfast was the best one we have ever had (even those we paid for). Lots of variety and a very pleasant lady helping everyone get through breakfast What a treat
