1st of all, $240 for 3 nights. Which was fine. Till we ended up having to blow over $280 when we got there. The first room we got had pieces of what looked like lettuce rotting on the wall, holes all over the bedding, and cigarette burns all over the bed and carpet, the sink was falling off the wall, and the walls were cracked and falling apart. Granted it was a smoking room (room 33), so I was expecting a little usage from a smoker. But even the bed was unmade. There was a tiny table with a tiny, dirty mini fridge with a crusty, bug infested microwave on top. No way in hell we were gonna use any of that business. When we asked for another room, they said it’d be an additional $10. They took all of our money. When we got the 2nd room (room 43), it seemed decent. But then... look at that big beautiful blood stain I found under the many layers of dirty bedding. HIV anyone?

We booked a room on the phone. I asked in advance about the costs and specifically asked if there were any additional charges, such as taxes, fees, etc. or was the total charge going to be $60 as quoted and that was it. The woman on the phone said $60 yes, that's the total - so we booked the room and my friends headed on over. When they arrived, they were told they needed an additional $50 for a 'room key deposit' charge. This was the first time in all of my experiences traveling and staying in hotels/motels to be charged a deposit for the room key but moreso, we had asked in advance about any other charges!!! They would not put it or the room charge on my credit card over the phone and would not take any less for the deposit. As I was trying to problem solve this on the phone with the manager, he constantly interrupted my sentences, raised his voice, and then claimed that I was just trying to prove a point. He seemed overwhelmed and kept saying that he gets 200 to 300 calls a day and he can't ask everyone if they are going to pay with cash or credit???? It was a horrible experience and I will not be recommending Nite Inn to any of my friends or co-workers that come to town looking for a place to stay.

We've stayed here twice. Fairly quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy to access and street noise is low. The bed is generous. Room 39 has a VERY noisy fridge! Microwave and extra sink are a plus. (Not sure who installed the bathroom countertop, but must have been nearly 7 foot tall!) Price is good for the quality.
Will probably stay here again, though there are dozens of motels nearby.
