Red Lion Hotel Eugene

Worst costumer care i have ever received from any hotel, not only by not honoring their advertise promises i.e. breakfast included but being rude when ask about it. Do not waste your $$ here. Not worth it.

The place is a little dated on the exterior and the hallways. But the rooms are nice. The bed is super comfortable. Really good pillows. There are no coffee pots in the rooms. When I asked about it. They said that they had 24 hour coffee at the desk. But it was closed due to Covid. They haven’t put the coffee pots in the room yet.

We stayed in this hotel November 15 to 17. The toilet in the room was clogged from the first time we flushed it. Although they did come and "fix" it several times, we were forced to use the public bathroom on the first floor. The staff did try to be helpful, but never offered another room and were very unapologetic when we complained on check-out.
