Rory & Ryan Inn

This place was a nice location for a 1 night stay while traveling. Our room on 1st floor was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in morning was good. Shout out to Kelly who took care of the breakfast room. She was very personable and did a great job keeping the area cleaned. She was on top of keeping the coffee pot’s filled and replenishing the food. She greeted everyone that arrived and made sure to tell everyone to have a great day when they left. Great customer service by Kelly. We were happy with this location and would recommend to others.

I’m giving this place 5 stars. The hotel itself isn’t a five star hotel. We expected this since it was just a place to rest our heads before the next drive. The grounds were well kept with beautiful landscaping and very clean. The room was clean, although a little musty in smell…this is not uncommon in older hotels. Beds were firm, which made my back happy. The hotel gets five stars for the customer service. Heather greeted us with a warm and sincere smile the minute we walked through the door. She familiarized herself with our reservations prior and had everything set for us as soon as I gave her our last name. Quickest check in ever. She informed us of the pool availability and wonderful breakfast in the morning. My children took themselves to breakfast and told me that the lady serving them was so nice. Check out in the morning was super easy also with excellent customer service. We actually had to go back after leaving the property because we forgot my pillow. It was an easy and quick retrieval for it. Kudos for the amazing customer service! Thank you for the hospitality!
