The room is not worth $266 a night. There was a constant, very loud humming sound in the room. Was not the refrigerator or heating. There was no air conditioner. The first night we had hot water. On Friday the hotel filled up and there was no hot water. The maintenance man could speak very little english and could not figure out what the humming sound was. He also asked us why we needed hot water. My husband ask him "Do you take cold showers?" The maintenance man lied to the front desk and told him we had hot water. We were not offered another room. We left early and could not get a refund for the unused night. This is a buyer beware circumstance. There are plenty of other hotels in Lincoln city to choose from.

Me and my girlfriend stayed 3 nights with a king size ocean view room, booked 3rd party through booking. Com Man, I can not begin to explain how amazing our experience was, the room was absolutely beautiful, clean, good bed, very soft towels and pillows. Great ocean view, the beach was wonderful, the hotel staff, all of the front desk workers, were so sweet and accommodating, we roasted s'mores with a party of 8 visiting family members, they got us the fire on our timeline, so the kids could enjoy the pool and beach, they were so fast to respond to requests and brought us fresh bedding when we asked, complimentary coffee in the room, the room was not as expensive as I thought it would be for 3 nights on short notice, Me and my girl have already decided this is our go to spot from now on. Thank you surf tides hotel for being exemplary, and making us feel so welcomed. Highly recommend this spot and the ocean view rooms. It's worth every penny.

This place totally sucked . I use to bring my grandkids here years ago but stripped due to renting houses . My husband recently passed away and I wanted to bring the family here to honor him . First I was greeted with the most rude person at 2:00 pm to check in . She started yelling at me about 4:00 check in and I never said a word to her . She was suppose to call me when the room was cleaned but never did . When I came at 4 to check in she told Me It wouldn’t be ready till 5 . One light in the room you hit your head on one hand towel and one wash rag for two people fireplace didn’t work overpriced and mail Box Was Full when you called housekeeping . This was not what I wanted to honor my husband . The women at the front desk Bobbie should not be at the front desk .
