Comfort Suites Airport Redmond

I travel a fair amount so i try to find a quite place to relax when I'm not in a business meeting off site from the hotel, unfortunately this is not one of those relaxing hotels that i would ever return to. arrived late in the evening desk manager was having a panic attach, the system was down or something, then she mentioned they are having major construction around the building and a painter might be on my balcony in the morning. is this ok, (WHAT) nobody said a word about construction when i booked over the phone, or i would have stayed at several other great hotels in the area. the next day another guest was going off on the morning manager about the construction noise and paint smell, along with the dirty unsupervised pool that had been taken over by kids . Limited parking with a hill to climb for get to the hotel. limited staffing, Spend an extra $10.00 at another hotel for piece of mind, I wish i had!!!!

We had a quick stay during our family vacation. This was a nice stay here and the hotel was very clean and had very clean rooms. The location was convenient. The people there were very nice!

The decor of the room was acceptable in my King suite. Furnished with a stuffed couch and chair and a writing desk, it satisfied all my needs. The bed was huge and comfortable and the pillows soft and plentiful. Refer, T V and coffee maker filled some basic needs, and, proud as I can be, the Ironing board never came off it's hooks. The front desk people were professional and the room was spotless when I arrived. Some might grade a hotel on their volume of breakfast food available, and this Comfort Suites puts out a tasty spread, but I want to commend the chef on his presentation of the buffet style scrambled eggs. I travel some and have eaten hotel breakfast spreads in many different places, but the scrambled eggs were the perfect moistness and color and oh-so fluffy. Kudo's to the chef. I would stay here again. RayE
