City Center Motel

My 17 year old son went down to Seaside for July 4th to enjoy the fireworks in town. They came in to see if there were any rooms available at the City Centre Motel by Oyo and there was. They started to book the room but then decided to go to a different hotel and they were told by the front desk personnel that the $423.74 charge would be reversed. We would like our money back asap. It has been 90 days and they have stolen the money of a 17 year old. From my perspective, it appears they are taking advantage of a young man with little experience in traveling. The alleged booking is under a different name: Lorenzo Wizeman.

IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! We stayed for only one night. The morning we were leaving I was taking a shower and my partner was sleeping. They were awoken by someone knocking and ran to put a towel around themselves as they were sleeping. Before they were able to get something to cover themselves (they were sleeping naked as one does), the housekeeper had already entered. He saw my naked partner. THIS IS BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME AT 11!!!! Then we called the front desk to let them know what had happened and hopefully get some kind of apology or something like that. Instead, the lady said “is there a problem with that?” and proceeded to question why there’s an issue with that!!!! She then got mad at me and my partner and hung up on us.

There was a mix up with the check in process but the manager was fast and helpful and worked to make things right by us. The motel is close to the beach and the room was spotless when we got there. Would stay again!
