Sand And Sea Condominiums

I stayed out at this condo for a Volleyball tournament for 5 days in August. I have stayed here before and always try and grab the ocean front condos. You can't beat the views and convenience to everything in town and the beach. The units that are more modern and renovated can run a bit pricey- but they are very nice units. The Just Enuf unit is one of those and quite nice. Other units are less updated and slightly more on the average side, but the large balconies and location help make up the difference. If you have pets, some units are pet friendly and some area not, so you just have to look for the ones that offer it. The staff is pleasant and when we arrived early at 11am- they actually already had the unit ready and let us check in early which was great given we had young kids with us. One of my kids left their backpack in a dresser and the staff was kind enough to call even after we checked out and held it for us. Overall I have always had a good stay at the Sand and Sea and would recommend it to others. It helps that the staff is very nice and kind because I've found the service at some of the other beach front hotels to be a bit mixed and inconsistent. I am sure that is due to the seasonal nature of the work in the area and possibly higher staff turnover, but some are outright unprofessional. Sand and Sea seems to stay more consistent. I value the quality of the rooms and the staff experience at places that I stay - this is one of the best places to stay in Seaside.

Located on the promenade and walking distance to Broadway Street, makes this site ideal for special area events or just for a getaway. My wife and I have traveled worldwide, thus having a clean and nice place to enjoy the stay is prime. Each condo has two bedrooms and may have a sleeper sofa. Each one is unique and privately owned, therefore you have a variety of choices of style and color mix. We stayed several days at unit 306, which has been remodeled. Definitely we are booking it for future visits. Matter of fact we loved it so much we statyed an extra day. Unit 306 is tastefully decorated for a discriminating taste and for a splurging fling... yet at an affordable rate. Watching the sunset from the balcony after a full day of fun at the coast... priceless. Your favorite tea, wine, champagne, or favorite company becomes a cherished memory.

Sand & Sea: Just Enuf (308)- I booked this condo for business, and what a perfect spot! Many of the Oregon coast condo's in Seaside are not overly modern and need some renovation. This place in one of the best places you can stay in Seaside. If you can snag a waterfront view like this unit, it doesn't get much better. It almost doesn't matter the floor you are on- the ocean front units are just amazing. Not overly noisy and amazing views, while being in the heart of it all- walking distance to everything. Perfect for families as well. If you have a pet, there are pet friendly units but they mostly seem to face the mountain or Tillamook head vs. being a direct ocean view. Parking is easy and in a lot behind the building.
