We arrived to construction- which we knew about - however the trash and cigarette disposal on the found was gross. The staff were friendly. The view from our room was 10/10. The peeling wall decals, dusty lamps, fingerprints on the tv and fireplace, hair in the shower, a mysterious oval red pill on the ground, plane site of grime and dirt between the stove and the cabinet, dust/hair/dirt ring around the edge of the carpet perimeter was - really gross. For $500 a night I was expecting a different level of cleanliness. Our 4 burner stove wasn’t working and wasn’t labeled as it was so old it had worn off. However their maintenance guy was fantastic and came promptly and fixed it, it was disconnected under the hood. Unfortunately, I’d have stayed somewhere else if I wasn’t tied into this place. It’s more than just old. I can respect old. The filth I can’t do. When we travel we know we’re staying in a spot that hundreds have been before, but to be reminded of that by seeing others bodily leftovers - barf. No thank you. And not for $500 a night. We stayed on a Sunday/Monday.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Room was clean and stay was very quiet. We stayed over Memorial day weekend so we were in and out of the hotel a lot but have nothing but positive things to say. Every staff member we encounter was super nice and courteous and the check in progress was seamless. Front desk manager/staff provided excellent service. We will absolutely be staying here again soon.

The room was adequately clean and presentable. The bed was uncomfortable. The construction made navigating the parking lot challenging. Overall, The Promenade met our needs and that's it.
