Shilo Inn Suites Seaside Oceanfront

We had a very pleasant stay here. Room was clean and stay was very quiet. We stayed over Memorial day weekend so we were in and out of the hotel a lot but have nothing but positive things to say. Every staff member we encounter was super nice and courteous and the check in progress was seamless. Front desk manager/staff provided excellent service. We will absolutely be staying here again soon.

The room was adequately clean and presentable. The bed was uncomfortable. The construction made navigating the parking lot challenging. Overall, The Promenade met our needs and that's it.

Hotel pictures are false advertising, that is not what the actual Hotel looks like. Unsafe construction work being done in areas where guests are walking. Very noisy and dirty. Was promised a credit , yet to receive it.
