Please pay no attention to bad reviews here…people will complain incessantly online! My husband, his service dog, and l stayed here for almost a month because our house was being renovated and we had to have more peace and quiet as l work professionally at home. Staff here made us feel like family, particularly Cassandra. It is a lovely place to stay. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels, free toilet paper, very clean, tv, dresser, table with 2 chairs, small kitchenette (you need to bring pots and pans if on an extended stay like we were), large refrigerator, and small oven closet. We opted for 2 beds for more overall room size. Nice neighborhood, not much noise, and 2 outside elevators. Huge parking lot. Also on the bus line, very convenient to the mall, and corner store a block away. A few fast food restaurants nearby. We are seasoned travelers, both domestically and internationally, so we know quality. For a modest type accommodation, this extended stay hotel is superb. You won’t regret it!!

Not quite sure why there are so many awful reviews :-( We were hesitant to follow through with our stay here after booking and reading all of the reviews but decided to give it a chance as all the other accommodations were unreasonably priced as it was Bananaball weekend in Eugene. Our room was very clean, the linens were soft ( and clean ) mattresses were very comfortable and it was NOT in a sketchy part of town! It did NOT smell of smoke, there were no wild parties going on, our upstairs neighbors were respectful about stomping on the ceiling and management was just fine.Don't have any fear about staying here :-)

Made a reservation on line (I didn't realize it was through Expedia at the time). When I arrived the front desk staff were VERY rude when they explained that both adults needed to have ID. I had to cancel the reservation. The front desk staff could have handled a stressful situation in a much more polite manner. I did NOT appreciate her rudeness.
