Best Western Bedford Inn

So, this place has been closed and is now only serving squatters. Pool and sauna are completely drained, the water and electricity are shut off, but you can use the weight room at any time and best of all, the price! Completely free, unless you get caught staying there, and afterwards your room will be upgraded to a cell.

This used to be a fine hotel with great breakfast buffet. Steadily went downhill after new owner. Ice machine broken or several months, breakfast declined. Large (3") centipede in room. Sink drained onto floor. ie, plumbing gone. Needs a total rebuild. Now sits seemingly abandoned.

Very very small room,lights didnt work and it smelt funny. Very very noisy, no insulation between walls / floors so didnt sleep much at all. Spacious car park, polite staff on front desk. Central to Bedford town centre. Way too expensive.
