Stayed in hotel September 20, 2024. It is great for the price and competing location. Is Clean. Quiet after dark. New owners. They are super nice too. Hotel is now called Royal Inn Clearfield. No longer Rodeway Inn. Go here for supper (pics):

Stayed in hotel this weekend for PSU football. Hotel is now called Royal Inn Clearfield. No longer Rodeway Inn (but they still have that sign up). It’s great for the price. EXTREMELY clean. New owners. They are super nice too! Only 45 minutes to game.

I found the room reasonably acceptable. I felt for the room rate complaints were minor. The cleaning around the perimeter of the room could be better. There was no coffee in the room which I regularly make use of. The "so called" breakfast was a counter with juice, various bars, and coffee, no seating. Extremely minimal. However there was a restaurant next door where a discount was available. It didn't open until seven AM and I as on the road by then, so no help there.
