Comfort Inn East

We made a reservation as there is a massive power outage in the area. We arrive at hotel and they say we cannot stay there as we are locals. Nowhere on there website this was stated. We called the hotel multiple times before we booked to see if there was power but they did not answer and there voice mail was full. This is terrible costumer service. Do not stay at this hotel as they do not care about people. There is a heat wave and a power outage and they do not care. The Hampton In. Up the street was more then happy to take us and our money.

We have forgot our jacket, but in spite of repeated reminders, still, they not able to dispatch. even though as demanded, we have given the detail of credit card to them.

Wow! What a great room, facility, and staff! The rate was so low, we didnt know what to expect, but the rooms are fresh, clean and very comfortable! Breakfast and coffee are also very good! Thanks, Holidays Inn Express!
