STAY AWAY! BLACK MOLD, Dirty, falling apart On Sept 18th, on a golf trip with 3 friends, I booked 2 Suites at the Red Roof inn. I was not expecting much from a 2-star hotel, but what we got was pure hell. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS. 1. Ceiling was peeling and falling. 2. Shower rod was falling, and curtain could not hold the water to the shower area. 3. The refrigerator had packing tape on the rubber gasket that had BLACK MOLD! 4. The dishwasher had rancid standing water. 5. The Toilet Seat was falling off. 6. The Door Latch to prevent entry was broken off. 7. The ice bucket (no liners provided) was dirty. 8. There were packets containing sugar and milk substitute that were opened and used. 9. The floors were not swept and had dirt along the edges. 10. The hotel photos showed TV in the bedroom, but there wasn’t one. 11. The Living room couch and carpet had spill stains on them. 12. I went to management, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. I sked for a call back, but did not get one. LIZETTE is a real asset to your team. She really made our stay so accommodating. When we told her "thank you", she replied "No problem. You're our guest." Comfy bed, nice pool area, clean room & super good restaurant close with cool 80s memorabilia. (Excellent food too! Those TACOS were a game changer lol) As a prior front desk night auditor & housekeeper...I'd say they are above and beyond accommodating. I'd stay there anytime.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were satisfied with our experience. Since we were there only one night we do not have anything else to offer.. We would probably consider staying at a Red Carpet Inn on another trip.
