My mom stayed at this place to visit us in the hospital. We just looked at the pictures here and her first response was the pictures do not match reality. She burst out laughing when she saw these pictures because it did not match reality.
The good: check-in guy is nice, helpful and respectful. It’s very clean.
The spooky: Weird noises. Lots of strange noises from above the room, dragging sounds, little feet running quickly; a loud bang against the door that shook the room with no one outside; weird clicking sounds at 1am. All at night. Very creepy.
Maybe six cars total. Just creepy and kind of freaky.

This was a pleasant experience at a very emotional time due to a hospital stay in wonderful Hershey Medical Center across the street. This is not an outrageously expensive spa (thank God). This is a very clean, well run establishment at a very reasonable cost; no extra frills just a dependable place to stay. One of the best parts was check-in; the gentleman we dealt with was Roger. He was very upbeat and welcoming at a time when we were nervous regarding an operation to take place at Hershey Medical. Thanks, Roger! God Bless and thank you.

I'm baffled by all of the 4 and 5-star reviews. Last weekend, we went to Hershey for a concert. Based on all of the reviews on several different sites, and accompanying pictures, we booked here. Once we arrived, before parking the car, we thought we were at the wrong place. From the outside, it looked sketchy. The "lobby" desk had glass surrounding it, you had to pass your ID and credit card through a small opening. I've not seen that in any 4 or 5-star hotel anywhere. Parts of the desk and elevator were rusty, paint was peeling off the walls. The stairs and walkway to the room were rusty. Once inside the room, we decided there was no way we were sleeping in those filthy beds. The bathroom was disgusting. My overall impression was of a place with hourly rates. If you need to stay overnight in Hershey, stay anywhere else.
