HAMPTON INN PHILADELPHIA-KING

I stayed here last year and didn’t have a problem. This time, it was the worst experience. Had to change rooms due to noisy and disrespectful guests. The room seemed to be falling apart, i.e. the bathroom sink, the shower. I’ve usually had decent experiences at Hampton Inns over the years, but this was the worst one in a while. I’ll probably stay to the one 20 mins away in Plymouth Meeting next time until this location gets it’s act together.

I was greeted warmly by Ms. Tarin, who took the time to speak with me to ensure the room was correct, my keys were good to go, and to acknowledge my Life Time Diamond status. Thank you!

Great staff here. Friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Tarin! She helped sort through all the confusion. She got us checked in and did it all with that amazing smile of hers!
