COMFORT INN MERCER

I stay at the hotel last night night the room was very dirty and nasty I did the check in the And for some reason reason the driver who supposed to pick me up early couldn’t do so I stayed in the lobby until he where able to to do it and the employee there named bobby no last name she didn’t want to give her last name name told tow get out there in cold freezing wether with very bad attitude I ask for her manager and she came to me With an worst attitude stating the I have to leave now I told her her the I was waiting to see if my driver was coming or not if he is not coming that I have tow get another room for the night I was here for business only purpose and this is my worst day of my entire life they treated me like an animal or worse than an animal The employee there is very rude and the manager is worst Do not stayed the that dirty hotel I think thats the reason why it is empty

I would have liked to be closer to where I needed to be. What the advertisement says about the hotel is completely false. The cleanliness was terrible when we checked in the room was dirty had used towels, soap in the bathroom stains on bed linens and furniture, alarm clock with cord cut off towel rack falling off the wall, the hotel in whole was not to clean and had a bad odor. They wear there street clothes no uniforms so you don’t know who works there they were sort of friendly but a few had an attitude with my guest when they asked for a pillow. Housekeeping wouldn’t leave towel for us they wrote a note and said we had to turn in our dirty towels before we could get new ones or room was not made up but there was someone in the room. The only thing a staff member did was give us new towels when we took used ones down to the desk. No. They hotel did not offer free continental breakfast as it advertised they told me they haven’t had it for 2 years the owner were cutting cost, I guess the did on uniforms, breakfast, upkeep the outside had no lawn upkeep grass wasn’t even cut , dead plants, bushes.

Worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed in. The room they gave us had the most disgusting, dirty carpet. It was sticky. The room was warm so we tried to turn on the AC, but the unit was not working. I picked up the phone to call the front desk, but the handset was not connected to the phone. The cord was broken. I walked to the front desk, where the clerk, in her best, almost clean t-shirt, did not seem surprised by the condition of the room. She gathered three or four room keys, which told me we might need to look at a few rooms to find one habitable. We found one with working AC and a carpet that was not sticky. The phone also didn't work, but you can't have everything. Contrary to advertisements, breakfast is not offered, which was probably a blessing. It was late at night and we had driven 600 miles, or we would have gone somewhere else. It is hard to believe that a national chain would put its reputation on the line with this disgusting, decrepit property. It's not just that we will never stay at this particular motel again, but we will never stay at any Rodeway, anywhere.
