Hotel M Mount Pocono

Did not get room booked. Bathroom door deformed water logged and broken. Other areas had broken doors. Very run down look. Wound up leaving same day because I didn’t get the room booked and felt dirty and unsafe.

Found 3 roaches in the bathroom Light above bed did not work. Exposed wire in fire alarm pool heater broke. Lock on rear door broke. Chunks missing in elevator floor. Sketchy neighborhood

Checkin was easy. The staff was awesome when I requested a room on the first floor since the elevator was out of service an I was unable to go up steps. The Pool was nice. The room was Dated. Room & Bathroom was clean. The room we got was 104 on the first floor. The Bed & Pillows are very comfortable Refrigerator, Micro wave, Coffee Pot worked. The price was right for the location. I will stay there again in the future. Dislikes: Our window faced the parking lot. There was no Blackout Drapes. Walkers by could see in our room. No Breakfast. Being a frequent traveler I was prepair for that. So this is the very first thing I do when ever I stay at "any" hotel room. I pull out the Filters on the A/C and wash them with a disinfecting cleaner. But before I wash them I take a photo of the filters before and after to show management. I never have a problem. I have a solution
