Cornerstone Bed & Breakfast

The building is beautiful and very well-maintained. The service is excellent, the room was comfortable and large enough, especially because you can always find a spot in the house or in the super beautiful garden, regardless of the weather, where you can sit down and enjoy a coffee. Furthermore, there are cookies every day that you are welcome to help yourself to.

Our son had stayed at the Cornerstone B&B last year & was very impressed, so for our recent weekend trip to Philly we wanted to give it a try. We loved it! We had a quiet, cozy suite that was beautifully appointed & had everything we needed, all for a very reasonable price. The innkeeper made us feel right at home when we checked in. Guests have unlimited access to well-equipped coffee & tea bars located in common areas, as well as baked treats. The large wrap-around front porch & patio area offered comfy outdoor seating & were relaxing places to hang out in between our city activities. They also served an amazing gourmet breakfast each morning, which we thoroughly enjoyed. And the location is great: walking distance (1 mile or less) to the Museum of Art, the Zoo, the 30th St. Amtrak train station, and more. We hope to be able to stay here again next time we visit Philadelphia!
