Courtyard Pittsburgh Settlers Ridge/Robinson Township

Simply awful. From check in to check out this place failed for me. While in the shower i learned that body wash and conditioner were completely empty. I went to get tea downstairs because there was not water in the room, although I was told that there was, it took 30 min at the bar to learn that the barman was also a server and the chef. He touched people’s food with his hands and told me I was rude for not willing to wait 30 min for a cut of hot water because others were waiting for their food for an hour. When I reported that I didn’t have toiletries, the refills were dropped off and left on the floor, for me to figure out. One of the bottles had a broken nozzle and clearly not operational and I cut my hand trying to make it work. My room was not serviced although I was told it would be. The second night they replaced towels but did nothing in the room. My used cup with tea bag was left standing along with empty water bottles and caps. Overall would never stay here again.

The woman working today 7/29 at around 2:30pm was extremely rude and impatient with me for no reason whatsoever and basically threw/slammed down a valuable package of mine? & When I asked her to please not do that she just asked me for a name after already doing so 3 times & being told 3 times. I was completely polite so I’m confused, I don’t know her name but that was unacceptable, who knows what other belongings that don’t belong to her she’s throwing around because of her temper lol. No hospitality

A little disappointed for what we paid. The toilet paper was tissue thin and like sandpaper, there were no cups in the room for the coffee maker, and we were told the hotel does not provide cups any longer, and there was garbage in the hallway each day from other ate in their room and put the garbage in the hallway. The ice machine did not work every day
