Ray was an absolute angel. He helped us find parking, our rooms, and very helpful with all of our questions. Wish there was more like him in the hotel business.

After going to the incorrect Marriott and finally arriving at Courtyard Marriott Univ of Pitt, frazzled and tired, I was greeted with a warm smile and calming voice from Ray at the Front Desk. He checked me in and showed where my daughter and I could park. Since we had two cars he went out of his way to direct my daughter from her temporary street parking and over to the garage. He took all the stress away by just paying attention to us and making us feel important. In such a fast pace world, it is wonderful to have someone like Ray bring calm and joy.

Abraham helped us to not only settle in late Friday evening, but to switch rooms to better accommodate our weekend needs and to help us to find a parking spot.
