Clarion Hotel

Very old hotel. The hot tub wasn’t working. It says free breakfast there was frozen pancakes the bagels and all the bread were frozen. Little cups of cereal only a little bit of milk. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close properly. The doors to the room didn’t close quietly they slammed shut. The staff was very nice but not worth the money.

First puddles of water from the check in area to the pool ..also in the elevator. Pool looked nice but it was occupied with a 10 yr olds birthday party.. Running in the halls for hours ..very loud voices...went on and on up and down the hall. Room strong smell of disinfectant..very strong. Asked for a room change nothing available . Room seriously needs updated.dingy .TV no guide asked at the front desk..they didn't have any. Restaurant closed for construction. So much for the breakfast we were to get. For $200 could've done much better elsewhere..won't go to another Sheraton

I would have given zero stars if that was possible. SO many things wrong… just some of which were: 1- The app lists hotel having both a restaurant plus a bar … NEITHER are open! No food… period none… not even a bowl of fruit or grab & go snack… NOTHING to eat after app specifically says both are open 2- the app offers digital door key… that also was not available, apparently not for months 3- app offers chat option… auto response only when I tried to communicate of “we’re busy, someone will respond shortly… “?NEVER responded like hours of no reply 4- FILTHY hand towel folded up in the stack of linens in bathroom… see photo… looked like black oil. Gross 5- towel bar fill out of bracket when I tried to hang a towel up… see photo 6- I chatted with the deck clerk about all this on check out… NOTHING was offered , she just took notes about it in her thick spiral notebook. She Said restaurant was closed for remodeling, and the chat on the app hadn’t worked for ages. That there was nothing she could do about it… “I don’t get paid enough to fix this big a problem “. 7- when I told her it was always unprofessional to say something like that she told me I was being rude! 8 - by the way, NOBODY else was checking in or out… she had nothing else to do. Certainly not remotely the quality of this brand / subgroup of this hotel line
