We booked our reservation through TripAdvisor on November 12, for one night on November 24th. When we got there the entire street was without power. There were at least 5 employees of the hotel in the lobby and they told us they couldn’t check us in or issue keys. The power wasn’t going to be restored until after 11:00 pm so we asked about a refund and were told it wouldn’t be a problem. When you call now, no one answers. Neither our bank card or TripAdvisor can get them to approve our refund. Stay away from this business! Not professional or trustworthy.

Had a wonderful experience at the woodlands. The staff was amazing. The restaurants were great. The property was very clean and well kept. The grounds are beautiful. The room was immaculate. Very quiet. The price was great. It was in the perfect location for what we were doing. Very close to seven tubs recreation area which is great for hiking and very close to the casino which is awesome for some night time adult fun. It was just about the perfect getaway. Oh and very dog friendly.

Haven't even been there yet and already having problems with reservation. Front Desk and Other phones Not working. When I do get a person I am given different answers about price, ect. All in all the Experience has Not been nice . I Will stay there Only because the event I am going to Is There but this will be the One and Only Visit. No one seems to Know the correct information and no one tells you Everything.
