The staff was nice but this place was a bit disappointing. Many things were broken, including ice machines and computer. There was no hair dryer in our room. Areas of the bathroom were showing a lot of wear. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom so it got very steamy. Carpet in Hallway had a couple thread bare spots and needed to be vacuumed. No one cleaned our room. We had to go to front desk to get fresh linens and trash bags.

★☆☆☆☆ (Negative 5 Stars)
I was placed at this hotel by my insurance company and was originally booked for a one-month stay. However, I was required to leave after only three days.
During my stay, several advertised amenities were unavailable. The swimming pool had reportedly been closed for an extended period, and no employee could provide an anticipated repair date. The lobby computer was also out of service, which created a significant inconvenience because I needed access to review and print important documents. In addition, my room door lock had a recurring problem. On multiple occasions, my key card would not unlock the door, and a front desk receptionist advised me that my particular room had an ongoing issue with the lock not consistently recognizing room keys.
My primary concern involved my interaction with hotel management.
I was informed that I was being required to leave the hotel based upon complaints from multiple employees. When I asked for specifics, I was told that employees had allegedly observed me participating in a drug transaction in the parking lot the night before.
I categorically deny that allegation and immediately requested that surveillance footage be reviewed because I maintain that no such event ever occurred.
During that same conversation, the manager stated, “This is why I don’t like long-term guests.” The statement was made in the context of the allegation that employees had supposedly observed a drug transaction in the parking lot. As someone who had been placed at the hotel for a long-term insurance stay, I found that comment concerning.
After being told that employees had allegedly observed a drug transaction on the property and hearing the manager state, “This is why I don’t like long-term guests,” I became uncomfortable remaining at the hotel. If management truly believed such activity was occurring on the property, I did not feel comfortable staying there and had no interest in returning.
Rather than reviewing any surveillance footage with me or discussing the matter further, I was instructed to leave the property or the police would be called.
In my opinion, the manager was unnecessarily loud and abrasive during this interaction, which occurred at the front desk in the presence of other guests and employees.
After relocating to another hotel, I was informed that the manager had contacted my lodging vendor and reported that I intended to return to the property. I never made such a statement. What I actually said was that I intended to file a complaint with Holiday Inn corporate regarding my treatment, after which I left the hotel.
Because the allegations made against me were serious, I immediately requested preservation of all relevant evidence, including surveillance footage, incident reports, emails, notes, and communications relating to my stay. A formal demand for preservation of evidence was sent to both hotel management and Holiday Inn’s customer relations department.
As a retired physician who practiced Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology for nearly three decades and who has also served as a medical expert consultant, I take my reputation very seriously. Being publicly accused of involvement in criminal activity was deeply upsetting and, in my view, completely unwarranted.
Preserving my dignity and professional reputation is more important to me than any legal expense I may incur pursuing the truth of what occurred.
Readers can draw their own conclusions based on the facts described above. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this property again.

I booked a 2 night stay through a 3rd party vendor. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they did not receive the payment from them and that if this wasnt resolved I would have to pay the full price for my stay. I have to wonder why they allow someone access to their booking software if they have issues. I call the vendor ( Super.com) who has me on the line for 15 minutes until he resolved the issue with the front desk at the Holiday Inn, The vendor then asks me to go to the front desk and verify that everything has been corrected. I go there and am informed that everything is cleared up. When I get home I see that my credit card was charged again for the 2 nights stay by Holiday Inn Express. I have no receipt from Holiday Inn because they said the receipt goes to the third party, who has to send me the receipt. I have never spoke to a manager, after requesting on 3 occasions to speak to a manager. Does she ever come into the office? The employee Amanda looks into it and says that I must pay the full price because they never received payment. I explain to her how I was told this was resolved, and say how I am not paying twice. She informs me that she is getting her money, and hangs up on me. When I called her back, she wouldnt pick up. She shouldnt be in the Service work thats for sure. I am told that this is resolved, but I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to make sure the charge is removed from my credit card
