When I arrived at the location the immediate smell of Marijuana and apparent shady characters hanging around the parking lot they may have been patrons or guests but me and my wife felt apprehension at approaching the hotel. It was incredibly shady for a national chain...no refund or relocation Hotwire should remove these locations from their site. The Latin Caveat Emptor suites this location appropriately I didn't stay obviously and I definitely want a refund I felt ripped off

Don't use Priceline for Columbia SC airport area! I use it weekly and have great experiences for many years until this dump. Not even 1 star. External doors and felt unsafe. Fans everywhere to help with all the leaks, smelly and dirty. Plumbing does not work right on the 1st floor so had to move me to the 2nd floor. If I had not pre-paid through Priceline for a 3 star hotel (what a joke), I would have complained, got my money back and left. Don't believe the website that says free shuttle either. It does not exist.

Booked on Priceline... said 3 star... hotel maybe 1 star... left almost immediately.. looks like a pay by the hour hotel... not a 3 star! And upon calling Priceline they were not helpful to refund or relocate us.... very disappointed they called it a 3 star... will never use them again!!!!
