Customer service was ok but the condition of the room sucks and they never change the bed linens so always check that is not an hotel it is a motel charging hotel prices

Horrible hotel. The only thing good about this was location. Our bathroom door didnt shut, the front desk staff told me they could only switch me to a room that has a curtain as door which seemed like an even worse choice; there were rips in my blanket so I took pictures and show from desk just so I wouldn't be charged. They did offer to change rooms after I showed them the blanket, but I could deal with a ripped bedding and my main concern was i didnt want to be charged for a blanket and I didnt want a curtain as a bathroom door. Then I wake up at 5:45am and realize I have NO hot water in the shower, there was a tiny roach in the shower, and I have zero washcloths. Called front desk, no answer. I go down to front desk to see if there is another room I could just shower in before I leave for business meeting, they said I would have to switch rooms completely (while both kids of my kids are asleep at 6am) and was told the water would be the same in the new room. The guy wasnt super helpful and pretty rude with my questions, he kept saying he was setting up for breakfast (which i understand) but I also feel like its a big deal to not have hot water. Thats a main thing you need at a hotel. So needless to say I took a cold shower and used a hand towel to wash with. I would warn people from staying here. They dont even have the basics.
