Baymont Inn and Suites Florence

Sheets dirty, no pillows, no trash can, no phone, no remote for TV, bathroom toilet not clean, used soap was left in tub and roaches crawling on wall. At this point I just wanted to go home.

Dangerous and disgusting. Toilet bowl full of human excrement. Flies, no towels, filthy linens, etc.
