Comfort Suites

Good location, but terrible experience. First, absent, then unfriendly receptionist. LOUD hotel. Metal door banging early in the morning. No freezer and the large refrigerator was not very cold to store food. Cups were so flimsy, couldn't carry them without spilling water. Coffee maker hard to access and in a dark recess where it was difficult to operate. Breakfast food horrible. Yuck.

Good Spacious room; a/c works well; lot of power plugs at work desk; good breakfast. Not good Shower does not have a horizontal grab bar and only one vertical grab bar at the faucet end; useless art on wall next to shower instead of having towel rods to hang towels to dry; bath linens are on a shelf under the counter top; WiFi started getting iffy with barely enough strength to connect.

Would definitely stay at the Comfort Suites Greenville again. Liked its location because it is just off the interstate enough so no road noise. Have never received such a warm welcome at check-in, we felt like we were long-lost friends. Breakfast was kept well-stocked.
