When I arrived for my reservation, there was no one at the front desk. There was no sign saying they would be back or anything. I waited 15 minutes and continued calling out "Hello?" I even tried calling the local front desk # and it just rang and rang. If I didn't already have a reservation, I would have left. Finally the young man came and said he had been up to a room, fixing their TV. He was very nice and check in went as normal. Our room was clean and comfortable, however the TV color was terrible. Everything was blue and the picture was not clear. I did not call the desk because I didn't want him to bother coming to our room if he was the only person there. If I was the manager, I would have been very concerned that the front desk was left unattended even for 15 min. when others might have been coming in to register and at that time of evening (7:30pm), anyone could have come in and taken anything in the lobby or caused any problems. I do not blame the nice young man, but I do feel there should have been 2 employees available to deal with any situations like this.

Came to check in at 5pm. Check in says 3pm. But our room was not ready. After a long day traveling we really wanted to rest up. They said give them an hour. I left my cell phone number and drove around to see what restaurants in the area. 6pm no call so I called the hotel. Room still not ready. We went to eat. Received a call at 6:34 that our room was ready. Checked in at 7:30 and the room was not what we booked. We booked an accessible room with bathtub/shower combo. Do to medical reason I need a bathtub. Room only had a shower. Too tired and too late to complain. Next morning breakfast was horrible. Only had biscuits and gravy. No eggs. Had one waffle machine and there was a line to use it. Coffee was terrible. 1% milk was the only option. Thankfully only stayed one night.

DISGUSTING!!! Hotel looks fine from the outside. Ample free parking and covered drive under entrance in case of rain, but that was the only good feature. The staff didn't welcome us when we entered because they were talking to a large family (who looked like relatives of theirs) staying at the hotel. It's the little things that count. Asked if I could use a restroom before checking in and was told where it was and it was dirty so not a great start. Our room was dark, dank and smelled terrible. The sheets were dingy, worn through in spots and had stains on them. We thought about leaving but we were attending a wedding nearby the next day and rooms in the area were limited. The bathtub faucet had rust around it and mold in the corners of the tub/shower. The carpet was dirty and stained and we didn't dare walk on it without shoes on. The two nights we stayed were very noisy inside and outside the hotel, not because of traffic or cars, but because of people standing in the hallways having conversations, opening doors and then letting them slam shut. This went on until 11 or 12 pm. The room walls are thin and you could hear every conversation. About 7:00 AM on the morning we were leaving for home, there was a group of people outside in the parking lot by our window who were laughing and children were screaming, We were so angry. We stayed here because it was a Wyndham property, which we thought had high standards, but it didn't compare to any Wyndham property we stayed in before. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The place could use a very good cleaning but from seeing other reviews from last year, that's not going to happen.
