Don’t plan to stay at this location. The facility is so poorly maintained that it ruins your stay in beautiful Hilton Head/ Bluffton area. Staying on the 3rd floor is especially bad as the rooftop mechanical unit for the public areas of the building is unbalanced and creates a structural vibration that makes it impossible to sleep. The cost of the stay is out of line with the value of the facility. Breakfast is an added cost at $17 for basic fixings that other facilities provide complimentary to their guests. Access through the front door is not ADA accessible as you walk in to a full flight of steps. Signage to the amenities as few and far between. Staff basically ignores you and are generally not helpful. So unusual for a super friendly Low Country standard.
