- upping check in expect to pay a $100 refundable deposit (I live where ESA corporate office is and have never been required to pay a deposit before so this was a suprise to me especially when I prepaid before check in) -the rooms look “classic” but are in fact clean -be careful with parking here like make sure you have the parking pass AND make sure the information side is visible because they tow like crazy on the weekends , I saw 3 cars towed in one night and it’s a few hundred to get your car out( no one wants to add $300 towing fees on top of a travel trip that’s costing $ to begin with) -they have a small grab and go breakfast that I didn’t experience but i found it to be considerate … -staff seemed nice despite there being some confusion —I was told after 11pm they lock all side doors and you can only get into the building using your card key at the front door which seemed unpractical considering how big the Hotel actually is but this is literally what Seasoned staff told me the night i checked in, just for guests who have been staying there for a while to debunk what was stated and when i mentioned it to staff asking why they would tell me that and have me walking all the way to the front they really didn’t have a solid answer. I found it weird and confusing. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but if you don’t mind paying an extended stay a deposit, and can dodge the tow truck company I think you’ll be alright if you choose to stay.

Lori Rodriguez the General manager . Is the most loving caring person that you could ever meet too greet you when you enter in . Ms. Lori treat us long stay and everybody with respect and love she's the best manager a company can have on there team . She's the best..really love her spirit. She's masters customer service she go extra mile . Ms. Lori and her team are the best . I can tell alot of them coworkers love working for her. Ms. Lori is what hotels need now days. She's so caring bring so much too the company . Ms. Lori is the reason I renewed my stay . Made me feel safe she is the kind of person people want too greet them for service. 🙏

We were here for my daughters senior prom. As you walk into the building all you could smell was weed. The bathtub was dirty, there was trash in the dresser. The alarm kept going off and someone kept knocking on the door and running. We were supposed to have stayed the night, but just from the things listed there was no way we would stay here overnight with our children; although the mattresses on the beds were no thicker than the pullout mattress on a pullout couch.
