COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT BAREFOOT

The front desk is rude. The room wasn't ready at noon. Told to come back at 3. Came back at 3 and now there is a "long line ahead of you for a clean room" with no timeframe, ask for a refund, they pretended like it was granted, then I spent the next two and a half hours fighting with Priceline and the hotel to get a refund. Also the place is filthy for a supposed Marriott. They slapped a coat of ugly paint on the front and it's next to an RV park. I didn't get to a room but the urinal in the lobby bathroom was absolutely disgusting with pubic hair everywhere. The guy at the front desk had ZERO care in the world and the younger girl next to him had a smirk of evil while she got to tell me she could not help me in any way. Welcome to customer service in America. It's as DISGUSTING as their urinal.

The room was clean with a balcony the pool and hot tub was clean the service was great! 5 mins from the beach! Very quiet :)

Great hotel and front desk staff. AC worked exceptionally. Only complaint was body wash on shower was empty and had to call down to get another. But one was delivered within ten minutes. Excellent hotel would highly recommend staying. And it’s right down the street from Duplin Winery and Barefoot Landing.
