Heron Pointe

F20 heron point was horrible. We walked in to half dollar size roaches in the kitchen and swarms of knots. We called the office and was told “what did we expect we just sprayed “ they were very rude. We had them move us and we cought the maintenance attempting to hide the roaches in the new unit. The office was very rude and dismissive asking me why are we so upset. I didn’t drive 10 hours for this. I called hopper who credited me and rebooked me for a much nicer place for less than

The Condo has potential to be nice. My husband paid for 8 nights but i only kept myself and the kids there for 3. Housekeeper doesn't clean our cupboards were full of dirty dishes. No soaps paper towels trash bag supplied at all. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Not okay for a family.

I would give this place 5 stars. Very nice and helpful people at the front desk. Very clean indoor and outdoor pools apartments sauna and hot tub/ Jacuzzi. I would recommend this place to everyone. It has a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The beach is in walking distance. The boardwalk is only a 15 minute drive. A very sat customer. We will be back again. Thank uou for making our vacation better
