Summer Tree Village

location, great! These are very old tinder boxes w /i walking distance to the beach. They now allow golf carts, for certain people (friends of the HOA). Lots of old , units which have not been updated. Like sooo many Condo communities, people are bailing out because of HOA dues, inefficient HOA, and SPECIAL assessments. Skip it!

Only reason I give a 1 is so I could write a review. Evidently you don't know how to control your bookings or booking company. Canceled my reservation at the last minute due to the incompetent scheduling. Not a happy family. And definitely not a good way to run a business.

Stayed in F11. Worst bed ever. Couldn’t even move without the bed squeeking so loud could wake the neighbors ! Washer was clearly broken and they must have known ahead of time . Washer as old as dirt with no knob so I’m sure many renters before also without ! I’ve stayed at summer tree around 10 times . Not having a washer was terribly inconvenient since we have been there so many times and pack accordingly . Sheets and blankets awful . We had to go to Walmart and buy bed in a bags for both beds . Will seriously consider elsewhere next time .
