booked this hotel because the hotels in the historic district were to expensive. Pulling up i can't see i was in such a nasty rundown area.. couldn't even leave our bikes on the back of the car even though they were locked up.this made up take several trips up and down to our room to get things in. Outside of that the room was a descent room with a comfortable bed and the staff was extremely friendly.unfortunately because of the area I wouldn't be back

I book hotel please don't this hotel Tribble very poor manager and front lady customer services. They dont know how to talk when i ask extra bed that include my room they told me i can check it out. Please donot book this hotel.

We were looking for a hotel that wouldn't break the bank as we would just be there to sleep - and we knew that was a bad decision the second we entered the area the hotel was nestled in. The staff were absolutely horrible. They treated guests with no respect and usually weren't even in the building. For example, during checkout there was a line of at least a dozen people who were waiting because there was no staff. The hotel was in a terrible state, despite the fact that it is "newly renovated". The common areas were in shambles and reeked of smoke. Our room was barely clean and there was drug paraphernalia hidden in the room from the previous stay. To be Frank, there was a literal crack pipe in plain sight. When I notified the staff, they brushed it off as a regular occurrence. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. Im surprised they don't charge an hourly rate here. This place should be closed down immediately.
