Capitol Inn & Suites

The front desk person, Neel, was friendly, good communication skills and very personable! The room was clean and spacious! Free cookies were awesome! Definitely would stay there again!!

Bed bugs. Female manage was rude about it. Horrible experience. Nightmare stay. Room was dirty. Got sick from gravy at breakfast.

Bedbugs in the room - contacted hotel about getting a refund and could get no response. Direct contact with Choice Hotels was even worse, and no one was able to resolve the issue. Will not stay at any Choice Hotel again after this experience!!!
