The hotel was average overall, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. The bathtub was not properly cleaned and had a significant amount of hair left behind. The drain was also clogged, making it unpleasant to use. Basic bathroom cleanliness should be a priority, and this issue affected our overall experience.

We spent the night here on part of our roadtrip through South Dakota. The kids pool area was so fun after a day in the car, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was included and good with lots of options. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked room through a third party. App stated price included all fees. (Screen shot included) Upon checking in I verified with the front desk the price includes all fees. I was told I would have a $50 hold placed for “incidentals” which I understand is customary- we didnt use. 4 days later upon checking to see if the $50 hold charge was removed, a new charge for $15.43 appeared. I called and was told that represents an 8% amenities charge that was disclosed in the agreement I signed when checking in. Lesson- don’t trust what you’re told. The hotel itself was fine but I wouldn’t recommend staying here given their suspect business practices.
