COMFORT INN & SUITES SIOUX FALLS

Room was purchased through our Chase Saophire card. Check in was easy and we went straight to our room on the first floor. Upon entering we noticed they had a floor fan going and baseboard pulled away from the wall with mold behind it. That wasn’t going to work! We went back to front desk and Hailey apologized profusely and moved us to room 312 which is a much larger 2 Queen room. It was lovely and very clean. Hailey did the exact right thing. Her customer service skills are impeccable. Breakfast was above average with really good coffee. We will be back! And mainly because of Hailey!

Haley, the front desk clerk was so friendly and made my check in so smooth. When I swiped my card to enter room it wouldn't let me gain access. There was an issue with door handle. Haley went above and beyond and switched me to a comparable room with the same accommodations. Haley provided the best service I could ask for. Location is great! It was a clean hotel. Breakfast was good with a variety of selections. Marilyn H

Very new, free parking, front desk very helpful, quiet location but close to services. Would definitely book again if in the area.
