BROADWAY INN YANKTON

omg what a hell hole! scary, if you want to stay near the recently released inmates this place is for you! Dirty moldy scary! I wiped mold out of the rummage sale night stand, the rug was dirty the towels were icky! Ugh!

A group of us stayed here for 2 days while boating at the lake. We requested our rooms be together & they were, which we were happy about since we like to sit outside the rooms at night. Now if your looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it. BUT, it was reasonably priced & our rooms were clean, the air worked & for us the beds were fine. The lady working on Sat. night was super nice & turned on the splash pad for us - even though we didn't have kids with us - it was hot & we used it! If your picky this may not be the place for you - but for us it was fine. Free coffee in the morning, not much for breakfast but with Covid 19 most places don't have much anymore. We went out for a hot breakfast so it didn't matter to us. No hair dryers in the room but they had some in the office, which is normal for smaller hotels. We didn't hear any traffic. And since hotels in Yankton are so expensive, the price was good. All in all I was worried because some reviews weren't the best, room 39 was fine.

After driving thru a hellish ground blizzard this was the first motel we saw. There were a few others from MN and Wisc there also because of the weather. This is another older place fixed up. It was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable.
