The room was absolutely disgusting. Things/stains dripping down walls and doors in multiple spots, mold in many spots in the bathroom including the ceiling and behind completely peeling up wall papering. The bathroom and overall cleaning seemed as if it barely was even done. The pillows were laughably tiny and flat, as if Walmart throw pillows, on a lumpy bed. The bedside outlets were so loose they barely held in our chargers. The only positives were working A/C and an okay breakfast where at least the staff was nice. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in a while and completely unacceptable for a Hilton brand, more on par with a motel. We would have left if it wasn’t late at night on a road trip with nowhere else to go. Would never return and surely was not worth the price.

The exercise room was spacious with lot of working equipment. The pool welcomed happy guests. Good, standard breakfast. The king bedroom suite had a different layout than typical Hampton Inns. The sitting room and bathroom were separated from the bedroom via a doorway. Part of the sitting room contained a table with chairs as part of a dining area. We appreciated the openness and space. Then we noticed hiccups to the new bedroom design. The angle of the doorway made for a narrow passageway. The toilet was in the room with the tub/shower. The toilet paper was a very far reach from the toilet and the door had to be closed to access the tub/shower. We could not get the hairdryer to work. There was no place—hook or bar —to hang a towel. Hampton, what were you thinking?

On the overall, experience was what you would expect from a Hampton Inn in terms of friendly staff, comfortable room and a standard breakfast. Pool was closed so one day we tried to sit in the patio area. Sadly we had to leave the area after a few minutes cos residents, including an employee residing at the hotel, were smoking in the non smoking patio area, and front desk staff didn’t offer to ask them to move to the designated smoking area. Observed smokers in same non smoking area other days
