This place is a drug riddled trap house the manager Phillips deals meth crack and several other drugs out of the office window this goes on from 9 pm till 6 am. The management are all criminals and the owner Bob is aware of a this. There are shooting there and nothing is done. There is nothing good about this place. When you leave your room unattended phillip the manager goes in and helps himself. While I was there to get this story which will be published soon I kept 2 phones on me recording with one a the time. They knew me by another name there my cover story was that I was on the run. This place has got some surprises coming in the next few days thats gonna shut them down. Stay away at all cost. Maybe when thus us done and new management has it it will be better. They had guys knocking on doors selling God knows what. There where two um..... how should I put it lady’s of the night running dudes in and out we were there 30 minutes and we just left I can deal with dirty but I can’t do unsafe and this place was unsafe

Customer Service is not Airport Inn's focus. There was a hole in the door from the inside with tissue in it in room 232. It is a smoking room, however the yellow blanket had cigarette burn holes which is unacceptable. There are stains on the walls, 2 refrigerator where one worked and the other did not. They could have removed the other one. The TV channel line up posted was incorrect. It shows HBO is channel 99, but they dud not have HBO as advertised. The channels stopped in the 40s. We were moved to a different room, 234, but there was a hole in the bathroom wall with tissue in it also. We were told they changed Their TV service provider and HBO was either 42 or 52, but there was no HBO. The channel lineup was the same. When we checked out the lady was very rude. She did not show any concern when we expressed our issues. She kept trying to end our conversation.
