SUPER 8 CROSSVILLE TN

Crossville TN. 2 rooms; 3 people; one night; convenient; low cost; no smoking; little noise; air conditioner worked fine; in-room refrigerator big enough for a 6-pack & left-over food; pleasant staff; limited breakfast,. but good enough.

I recently stayed and had my dogs. We got in kind of late and I didn't see the no pets sign until it was too late. I decided ti just break the rule and face the consequences because I had driven 13 hours that day and was exhausted. What I did NOT decide to face was a $200 charge for nothing. We kept that room cleaner than people with kids. The only thing left there was an unmade bed and used towels on the floor. I also did not deserve for the owner or manager (whichever she is) to yell at me, even when I tried to explain what happened, THEN accost me when we were leaving. I tried to calmly tell her I KNOW I broke a rule and why, but she was too busy screaming and threatening to call the cops. THEN she thought I was leaving and called me a bitch and said "I hope you have the worst day." She only said that because she thought I was done but when I came back in to get the rest of my stuff, she looked nervous like I was going to do something. And honestly, she really deserved to be smacked but rude, angry, jerks like her aren't worth me going to jail for. I've reached out to Super 8 corporate, posted on social media, and written a Google review. I may not get that $200 back (which is WAY excessive) but I'm not going to forget what she said and how she treated me. I hope she reads this and changes her approach. Y'all obviously are making money, but that means nothing when you're an awful person.

Great place to stay on our road trip. Very clean well kept super 8 property. Nicely remodeled. Property sits not very far from the interstate in a secluded area so there was no interstate highway noise. Parking has handicapped and veterans parking spots. Very well maintained landscaping outdoors. Bed was confortable and room was very clean. The pool was under maintenance but the pool area also looked to be very well maintained even though they were in process of getting it ready for summer. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again next year on our road trip.
