Country Inn & Suites By Carslon Franklin/Cool Springs

This hotel is located in a convenient location to access the Cool Springs Galleria as well as the venue where my daughter’s volleyball tournament was located. The cost was quite high for this type of accommodation but that was due to the volleyball tournament as well as some other sporting events in the area. However, I expect to have a room that is not musty smelling. Ib would take out this nasty carpet and pout in vinyl plank flooring. This carpet is what is probably causing the musty smell. The breakfast area could be bigger and an additional waffle maker would be great. In fact, I would have a separate area for the waffles because that was the popular item. I hope that you like motorcycles because there’s a Harley Davidson dealership right next door and they have been riding around the building in circles for the last hour. Very annoying if you are trying to sleep or just hate to listen to motorcycles go around and around and around the building not even 100 feet from the room.

Friendly staff. Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was good. Breakfast had sausage, bagels, toast, eggs, biscuits, yogurt, cereal, waffles, apples, coffee, juices. Great location. Room was clean. Would have given 5 stars if the beds did not feel worn out.

I picked this hotel because it was right next door to the Moonshine Harley Davidson dealer. But I will say that is the only reason to stay here. The room was great but the person at the front desk was not friendly when we checked in. I ask for a room facing the front lot and as a choice gold member did not get it. I did not notice any place to eat with walking distance.
