Oak Square Condominiums

The location was OK for walking to stores and shopping but it was very creepy and gross. When I first walked in I thought I was in the late 80’s and I was struck with a strange stench. It smelled like mold and moist. There was no room to stand there was claw marks on the walls the kitchen was TINY and there was mold in fridge. The bathroom was small and barely functional, the water tasted like rust. I got woken up at 2 in the morning to the the toilet sounding like a power drill. The bathroom was also sound proof. One night I was about to go to sleep and heard a loud bang ( gunshot ) it almost sounded like someone thrown off the top floor then a few minutes later two guys walked past the room I was staying in and they were taking very loud and were suspicious. I had to sleep on the futon and it was lumpy and uncomfortable and had stains and had an Oder and I was very itchy for the next week after my stay. The pools were freezing and they smelled of milk and they had an odd color and some strange things floating in them. I never once saw room service or a staff member. The bed in the bedroom was lumpy and had stains it felt like it was going to break under neath me. Also when I first walked into my room the smoke detector was beeping and I had to take it off the wall. The carbon monoxide detector had no batteries. I was advertised a smart tv but got a small tv with 4 channels. It hasn’t been updated or cleaned in some years. I would not recommend staying here. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable and itchy. I also was very mad when I found the mold in the fridge that grew over night. I will not be staying here again.

Great location and very updated and clean. Owners, Cabins for You were very responsive. The price for unit 305, a 2 bedroom, is very reasonable. We loved our stay here!!

Our family stayed in suite 205 at Oak Square Condominiums. We stay at Oak Square regularly, but I'm not sure that we've stayed in 205. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Overall is a nice condo , but needs some maintenance work. The hood for the stove does not work at all, some of the interior doors stick and scrub when closing. The biggest complaint that I have are the beds!! Mattresses in both rooms are horrible!! Please replace the beds/ mattresses!! They are worn and hard as a brick. They feel like a cheap mattress set. It's hard to get any sleep on these! The folks at Oak Square are super helpful! We alcaaled the office to get new towels and brought them over to us, so that we didn't have to go over to the office at 306 Baskin s Creek Rd. Overall a decent stay, but we will not be able to come back until they get some more mattresses!
