Red Roof Inn & Suites Gatlinburg - Aquarium

Last minute booking because the original hotel we booked had mold and we canceled and came here. We got into a room fast and decent pricing. The the standard 2 queen bed room was big and spacious.

Dirty, smelly, super out dated. Pictures are totally deceptive. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. It needs a complete remodel. In need of major repairs.

We tried to grill steaks in the parking lot [we were on the asphalt parking lot approximately 75 feet from the hotel and probably 150 -200 from the wooded area the small inclosed grill was sitting on a metal trash can enclosure]we were asked to stop which we did immediately. Night shift mgt came back by after we put water on the coals remember we never put the steaks on the grill. Mgt. Coped a major attitude said he would call the police and have us removed immediately. For starters there are no signs stating you can't grill you also can't tell me that local residents don't grill in the area. I get there are bears in the area but don't be an HORSES TAIL END!!!!!!! TO PAYING CUSTOMER'S Flooring was buckled with gaps trapping filth stucco coming off ceiling wood screwed to back of bathroom door apparently had a hole there. I would not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was awful.
