TV doesn’t work in room 115. Only get 4 channels. Dirty, toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. No handles on dresser. Coffee and cereal is it for breakfast. Tub dirty. Room needs paint job. Bathroom faucet broke

Be aware!! In my opinion, this motel deserves a zero star rating because they are qualified to be in the business. I would rather sleep on street, but not stay in this motel. I believe this property is currently owned by Rodeway Inn. I went to the hotel on Friday (04/26) night. A police was there with several unhappy customers. All customers were disappointed and mad. Hotel computer was completely down. Their reservation system was not working properly. Their credit card machine was down. I was frustrated due to such an unheard terrible situation. In order to get a room to stay in the middle of night, I have to show them my reservation from my cell phone to prove it. Since their credit card machine was not working, I was requested to pay by cash. After a few days, I checked my account today, and found they did not report this qualifying stay. I just called ChoiceHotels customer service center to report the missing stay, and the Rodeway Inn claimed I did not stay on that night. What a joke! I knew this would happen, and I asked them to provide me the receipt as a proof. Since computer was not working they gave me a manual one. Now they deny it, and say it is not a receipt. I am fighting this issue between ChoiceHotels and Rodeway Inn. I know they need to generate revenue to keep their operation. The room was filthy, and smelled disgusting. Their computer was not working. The environment is dirty. Garbage can was overflow. Basically they are not ready for business. This hotel needs to rebuilt. As far as Choice Hotels, they handled this case poorly. They claimed my receipt is not a formal one. Come on!! You have to understand the hotel computer was down, and they were not able provide me a formal receipt. The problem is from the hotel but not from me. They called hotel to talk to the staff. These idiots can not provide correct information. Stupid Choice Hotels. They deserve zero star, too.

Judging by the outside of the facility we thought at first glance this would be one of those types of businesses with those dreadful drabby rooms where the furniture is outdated with a tv that looks like a seen from a 1980' sitcom; where the facility owner sinks all there money into the lobby to give that false pretence of a warm stay. However, to our surprise it was a nice and clean comfortable room and stay. We stayed in room 118, non smoking (true) King size bed with clean comfortable linens, clean mini fridge/microwave, large computer/office desk and a huge bathroom with humongous shower Id die for to have at home. Also at first glance youd think there'd be a lot of live in traffic with rude residents along with the other illegal activities that usually come with that type of set up. BUT again to our surprise it was a very peaceful and quiet night! Things that could use improvemwnt would be where they have patched up holes in walls from former guest, I suppose, but not repainted, and perhaps the ceilings could use a little TLC but all and all the best bang for our buck we've recieved in a long time (habitual travelers)!! We were charged $54.99 +tax for a weekend rate!! Definitely will reconsider should we need a room for a future stay. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!
